My Hotel Reservation FAQ
How do I book online?
By login onto http://www.hotelsinone.ie you can search for any hotel that suits your particular needs. If you are looking for a family break, business traveler rate or special hotel offers, you will find it here. From here, you can follow the easy-to-use steps to complete the booking process.
How many people can I book for?
There is a general limit of 20 rooms that you can book simultaneously. However, if you have additional requirements, you should contact a member of our customer service team and they will be happy to facilitate you in any way possible.
Can I book over the phone or by email?
Yes of course, although all mail and telephone bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not necessarily. Advance booking is always recommended to assure availability and also to secure the best available rate but it is certainly possible to book on the same day as your arrival date.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print this out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information of your booking and the hotel’s contact details. Please ensure to print a copy out for your records.
I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation byemail. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before completing your reservation. Occasionally, our confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to info@hotelsinone.ie
How do I cancel a reservation?
From our homepage http://www.hotelsinone.ie you can log on to your personal reservation settings using the unique password and log in that we emailed to you. From here, you can click the "View/Cancellation" link and then complete the process by clicking the cancellation button below your reservation details. An email will be sent to you to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive this email please email info@hotelsinone.ie Please ensure to note the cancellation policy of the hotel that you have booked and, in the unlikely event that you need to cancel, please do so before the stipulated time or the hotel will charge your credit card for the your first night stay.
What if I need to extend my stay or book more rooms?
If you require additional rooms or would like to extend your stay at the hotel, you can once again book through www.hotelsinone.ie and reserve more rooms. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that additional rooms will be available.
What happens with my booking deposit?
This is used to secure the reservation with your chosen hotel. Please be aware that this booking deposit is non refundable.
Credit Cards
What credit cards can I book with?
When booking through Hotelsinone you can use Laser, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express to secure your reservation and all bookings are 100% secure.
If I don't have a credit card, can I still book?
Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without a credit card.
Does the name on the credit card have to match the name on the reservation?
Not necessarily. However, if the name on the credit card does not match the reservation, we will require that you fax us a copy of the front and back of the card used as well as the CCV digits.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Hotelsinone.ie ?
Yes. Hotelsinone use the very latest, and most powerful, technology to protect your personal data Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Relex. We also use a firewall which protects our servers and network against unauthorised access. Please note that Hotelsinone is a secured and validated site.
Hotel Search
How can you check availability for me?
You can check availability by using the search function on our hotel database. This feature is located in the top left hand side of each page. Please use the drop down menus to selected your location and desired dates. Once selected, this will show rates, availability and other useful information about your request.
How do I find available hotels for the period I want to stay?
In the search menu on the left containing the arrival date, please select the dates of your stay in the pop up calendar and click search.
How do I search for hotels with specific facilities such as, for example, a pool?
Once your initial search is completed for your desired location you will be presented with a selection of hotels. Within each hotel descriptions you will see the facilities that the hotel has to offer.
How do I search for hotels that offer family rooms?
Once your initial search is completed for your desired location, you will be presented with a selection of hotels. Within these results, you will be shown the variety of rooms that are available at the hotel and their capacity.
How do I search for hotels that offer business traveler rates?
It's easy. Just log onto www.hotelsinone.ie . Click on the Business Traveler box. Search by your location and date of arrival and available hotels will be returned.
Where can I find the contact details of the hotel?
You will find the address on the hotel page. The contact details will be given, after you have made the reservation, in the confirmation email.
Special Offers
I saw a special offer at a hotel but when I tried to book it was not available! What do I do next?
It is likely that the special offer was sold out on the requested date. If you are restricted to set dates, you need to search for a different hotel with a similar offer.
Room Types
What's the difference between a double room and a twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
We have two small children. Can we get extra beds in the room?
In general, one extra bed for one child is available at a minor additional charge. However, please note that this options depends on each hotel’s policy and availability. We advise you to check the overview page of the hotel and see if they provide such a service.
Where can I find the directions to the hotel?
At the bottom of the overview page of the hotel you can find travel information with details on location and directions. On the top left, there is an extensive map of the area around the hotel.
