Because at Hotelsinone we want to make it as easy as possible for you to book our great prices we would also want to make it easy for you to cancel your reservation should you need to.
We also want to be upfront with how the booking & cancellation process works.
When you make a reservation you will have to pay a Non-refundable deposit of 10%. The balance is paid to the Hotel at check-out. This is how most Hotel Internet sites work. One thing that Hotelsinone will not do unlike some other Internet sites is charge you a booking fee. Our mission is to be upfront and what you see is what you get. There will be no nasty surprises just before you book.
When you are making a booking on your details page you will see the cancellation policy of the Hotel as you are about to book. It is very important you read this before you finish your booking. This is not Hotelsinone cancellation policy it is the individual Hotel you are booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, Hotelsinone have a Cancel Booking area, located in the main top menu. Again upfront for all to see. You may cancel your booking here. If you have to cancel your booking after the Hotel's cancellation period you will be charged the Hotel's cancellation policy fee. If you have a dispute over this you will need to call the Hotel directly. When you are cancelling your reservation on Hotelsinone it is important to have you booking reference.
