Making reservations through hotelsinone.ie is a breeze – either online or by phone. Booking the perfect room couldn’t be easier. Login to hotelsinone.ie and search for the hotel that meets your needs whether it is a family break, a business trip or special hotel offers, you’ll find them all on our site. Follow the easy-to-use steps to complete the booking process. Once your initial search is completed for your desired location you will be presented with a selection of hotels. Within each hotel descriptions you will see the facilities the hotel has to offer. However, if you have additional requirements, contact a member of our customer service team and they will be happy to help you in any way possible. You can book up to 20 rooms simultaneously online.

Advance booking is always recommended to assure availability and also to secure the best available rate but it is certainly possible to book on the same day as your arrival date. We accept mail, telephone and fax reservations as long as they are accompanied by a valid credit card.

When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print this out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information of your booking and the hotel’s contact details. Please ensure to print a copy out for your records.

If you need to cancel a reservation, that’s easy to do too. From our homepage http://www.hotelsinone.ie log on to your personal reservation settings using the unique password and log in we emailed you. Click the "View/Cancellation" link and then complete the process by clicking the cancellation button below your reservation details. You will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. Please ensure you note the cancellation policy of the hotel you booked and cancel before the stipulated time or the hotel will charge your credit card for your first night stay.

At hotelsinone.ie we know your plans may change so unlike most of the other hotel booking websites if you cancel your reservation within the Hotel Cancellation Policy on hotelsinone.ie we WILL refund your deposit. To receive your deposit refund you must cancel on www.hotelsinone.ie. All email confirmations have a link to our cancellation section. Reservations canceled after the hotel cancellation policy are non-refundable.

You can also check availability by using the search function on our hotel database. This feature is located in the top left hand side of each page.  Use the drop down menus to select your location and desired dates.  Once selected, you will see rates, availability and other useful information about your request.
