10 Signs Of A Family Friendly Hotel

When deciding on a family  hotel break in Ireland what are the main factors to consider when choosing a hotel?  I have put together a list of 10 signs of a family friendly hotel.  I hope you find it useful!

  1. On arrival the hotel has a welcome pack for the children it helps to keep them entertained for a couple of hours.
  2. The hotel provides children portions but does not charge full portion prices.
  3. The hotel runs a supervised “High Tea” for children and provides suitable seating, high chairs etc.
  4. The hotel provides adequate facilities to keep the children entertained such as indoor play room or outdoor playground, leisure clubs.
  5.  The hotel provides an adequately staffed,  supervised and certified childrens creche, this is a great service especially if you  want the children entertained for a couple of hours.
  6. The hotel runs supervised  morning / afternoon children activity camps.  These camps are a great for the children as they get to make new friends and have loads of fun.
  7. The hotel offers supervised evening children camps where they children are entertained ideally storytelling or movie time.
  8. The hotels stocks an adequate amount of cots and roll out beds but do not charge you extra.
  9. The employees at the hotel take time to recognised the children and understand their needs.
  10. The hotel offers reasonable rates for children accommodation and food, even better if it is free!

Well that was the shortlist, if you have any additions that you would like to add just let me know and i will add to the list.
